Roger R. Hansen - Broker Associate

One day on the North Dakota prairies, Roger was born in the small town of Garrison. After high school, he worked as a salesman selling encyclopedias; oil fields; and labor foreman on a major dam in South Dakota. It was there he started work as a Union ironworker, which led to many jobs in different states. Such as everything from paper mills; dams; missile sites; tunnels; nuclear power houses; coal fired power houses; high rises; metal buildings; and even a 2400 sq ft log home, (their home) in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. Finally after 40 years he retired. In 1984, he attended Jones Real Estate school and received a real estate license. He has been a REALTOR_® for 26 years.

During the missile site days in Wyoming, he met his late wife Janet. They married after the Army's basic training, and then on to more towns and places. After the return from Vietnam (1966), and honorable discharge, they made their way back to Colorado, to raise a family of 4 children in Denver. It is there, where he was a regional director for World Wide Real Estate company, which was truly a global experience. For the last 12 years, they have lived in Pueblo West, Colorado. When not selling real estate, you will find him hunting or fishing. He would like to share the 5 STAR REALTY program with you.
