Brad has been serving Pueblo family since 2004. He was born in Huntsville, Alabama and moved to Needham, Massachusetts shortly after. At the age of two his adopted family moved to Littleton where he was raised and educated. Brad grew up in a large family with five sisters and four brothers. After graduating from Heritage High school, Brad moved to Denver where he attended Metropolitan State College of Denver. After graduating with a Bachelors degree in English, Brad obtained his teaching license and taught elementary school for two years. In 2003, after he decided that teaching wasn't his calling, he moved to Pueblo to weigh his options and has been here ever since.
After moving to Pueblo, Brad worked for a local real estate office as an assistant and became very interested in Real Estate. He received his license in 2004 and jumped right into this new venture with Schwabe Real Estate.
Brad is a member of the Pueblo Association of Realtors (PAR) where he completed the short-sale course. He is able to assist you with any questions you might have about short-sales including negotiating with your lender. Brad has also served on the association's Fair Housing committee for the past two years.
Brad serves Pueblo and Pueblo County including Pueblo West and has listed and sold properties in Colorado Springs. He is available to serve your needs locally or State-wide. Brad is excited to be working with 5-Star Realty and with some of the best agents in the business. He strongly believes that the more he knows the better he can serve his clients. He is constantly continuing his education and takes every opportunity to expand his business.
